Knowledge of the production and application of elastomer or plastic   products are required - preferably gained in the Industrial or General   Industry market environment
We look forward to a purposeful, communicative and customer-oriented personality with a high affinity for the elastomer sector
Ability to go after new opportunities in the General Industry market   and close business wins together with new and existing customers
Good analytical, technical and financial skills. Exceptional   interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally, good team player and   self-starter
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
You work from your home office or out of one of our sites in Germany   or Switzerland and travel for customer visits, conferences and within   Datwyler

Continuously analyze the market conditions, price levels, recognize   trends, create strategies and actively contribute to the achievement of   operational goals as well as to sustainable corporate success
Assure that the General Industry Offering Strategy is communicated and applied in the defined focus areas

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Engineering oder Sales   in der Automobilbranche, vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektrifizierung sowie   in der Projektrealisierung mit technischer Beratung von Kunden
Erfahrung im Herstellungsprozess von Gummi- und Kunststoffformartikeln und Gummiverbundteilen ist von Vorteil
Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit innerhalb von Europa von bis zu 30 %
Ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, eine ausgeprägte   Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine dienstleistungs- und   lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Affinität für die Automobilindustrie
Sehr gute Deutsch- (Level C2) und Englisch- (Level C1) sowie von Vorteil Französischkenntnisse
Standort Schweiz oder Deutschland mit der Möglichkeit für Homeoffice</p><h2>Ihre Aufgaben</h2><p>Als Manager Elektrifizierungslösungen (m/w/d) treibst Du neue Geschäftschancen im Bereich Elektrifizierung voran, erkennst Trends und begleitest sie als technischer Partner durch den Entwicklungsprozess.
Verantwortlich für die Strategie im Applikationsbereich Elektrifizierung und Einhaltung der relevanten Ziele
Identifizierung von potenziellen  Produktbereichen und Applikationen   (z. B. Trends in der Elektrifizierung des Antriebsstranges und dadurch   notwendige Komponenten)
Aufbau und Gewinnung von Neugeschäft bei potenziellen  Kunden sowie   Ausbau und Pflege der Geschäftsbeziehungen bei bestehenden Kunden im   Bereich Elektrifizierung
